    I own both a Civic and a Mazda 3 GT and I can tell you that you should NOT , I repeat NOT waste your money on the Civic.

    Mazda 3 is purely "Awesome"

    I always feel guilty about having wasted my money on the Civic when I could've gotten a much better car for the same price.

    Mazda 3 ROCKS MY SOCKS!

    I have the 2.5 engine with an 5 speed automatic. I live in Canada and my computer informs me that I am getting about 9.5 L/100 km..I drive very fast most of the time and I think this must be the issue of the mileage.

    I would have to agree. I drove every car in this class and I thought I was totally sold on the VW Jetta. The day before I was going to buy a Jetta I went to a VW/ Mazda dealer for one last look. And there was this goofy little car smerking at me. I had never thought of Mazda as a option but I decided to test drive it anyways. Thank God I did. I bought my 5 door 3 the next day. Get the 6 speed manual! Such a awesome car.

    just bought mazda3gte 3 weeks ago-loaded-sunroof,leather,push start everything!-interior is what sold me.this car is so much fun too drive, effortless. gas mileage not so good, but you pay to play…drive and buy one…
